As a leading provider and partner of NetSuite and Celigo, and a leading integration partner with AutoQuotes, we’re excited to offer our AutoQuotes Integration (AQI) which connects AutoQuotes’ ability to configure, price and quote with NetSuite’s industry leading ERP solution.
Based on our extensive foodservice equipment supplier knowledge and experience from working with many FEDA members and FES distributors over the past five years, our AQI provides two-way integration and connects everything from manufacturers and products to customers and projects. Now you and your business can efficiently and accurately quote, sell, invoice and support your customers without having to rekey information in multiple systems.

New features of our cloud AQI include project-to-quote and project-to-sales order options, split quote automation and automated grouping of items based on AutoQuote IDs.
Further, if you have an e-commerce site, our integration saves you countless hours maintaining items, descriptions, dimensions and other important product information needed on your site.
Subscription:
AQI subscription fees for one integration are $425 per month, billed annually, $625 per month for both integrations, also billed annually. These fees include the license, ongoing enhancements and maintenance, and support. There is a one-time setup fee of $4,500 to install, configure and test one integration, $8,000 to install, configure and test both integrations. This also includes deploying our NetSuite bundle in your NetSuite environment and providing training for your team.
