Leslie Tarnacki

Leslie Tarnacki leads Velosio’s global Human Resources team. She and the team focus on all things people-related and the company’s global HR strategy around employee relations, labor law, policy development, compensation and incentives, performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition & onboarding, and training & development, organizational development, and DEI&B. Leslie Joined Velosio in July of 2024. Prior to joining Velosio, Leslie led HR and Business Operation teams for companies such as WorkForce Software, New World Systems (now Tyler Technologies), Dorado Software, AiMetrix, and Frontier Communications (now Lumen Technologies).  A seasoned and globally recognized HR professional, Leslie is SHRM-SCP accredited and GPHR-certified. She holds a BA from the University of Michigan.
