Logan Lucas

Logan Lucas is a passionate advocate for the employee experience at Velosio, leading key functions such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Culture, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development. Since joining Velosio in 2015 as a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist, she has steadily advanced her career within the organization. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience, she is committed to fostering an environment where individuals actively choose to be part of the Velosio community. Logan’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management & Leadership and Entrepreneurship from Miami University. She furthered her academic pursuits at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, earning a Master of Business Administration degree.
