Prachee Kale

Prachee Kale is the Controller at Velosio and oversees the functions of General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Credit Collections and Treasury Management, Payroll Accounting, and Internal Audit. She and her team are focused on establishing and maintaining a robust control environment, optimizing internal processes, and driving efficiencies across these functions that contribute to the overall financial health and stability of the organization. Prachee joined Velosio in 2023. She has 15 years of global experience in corporate accounting as per US & Indian GAAP, SEC reporting, financial reporting, auditing, and taxation in various industries including public accounting, manufacturing, retail, pharma and construction. Prachee is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Accountant from India and has completed her master’s in advanced accounting and taxation from Pune University, India.
